Train your mind to see the good in everything. Positivity is a choice. The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thought.

Whenever I read this line, I always keep thinking whether is it really possible to train our mind to think positive all the time? There is so much negativity all around. Each and every person has at least one or two negative thoughts in their mind every day. Sometimes these negative thoughts come in our mind due to the circumstances in which we are living or due to some people around us or sometimes due to natural calamities.

Now a day due to this pandemic, I can see everyone is struggling to be positive. But sometimes the situation comes in such a way that we start thinking negatively about everything. Everyone knows very soon this pandemic will be over but still there is fear inside us which forces us to think negatively. How many of you are facing such negativity in your life? Almost everyone, right? And it’s natural because every time we can’t be positive.

But there are many ways by which you can reduce your negative thoughts, anxiety, fear etc. I am sure few of us are already practicing these techniques in our daily life. If not, then I urge you to start practicing it as soon as possible. If you don’t take action right now, it will definitely impact your future after this pandemic. So if you want to live stress free life after pandemic, start training your brain to be positive. Now how you will train your brain to think positively? It’s very simple. Below are some techniques which you can start applying in your life to think positively most of the time.

Meditation – This is a very powerful technique which you can learn and start practicing regularly. Now days, you will find many Apps teaching you techniques to meditate or there are some online courses which you can join. This will definitely bring peace and harmony in your life and reduce your negative thoughts to a large extent.

Affirmation – This is another powerful technique which you can start. Every day when you wake up, start your day with positive affirmations. Maintain a diary and start writing at least 5 affirmations daily in that diary and see how it will reduce your negativity after some days.

Cultivate and live in positive environment – As much as possible try to live with positive people so that automatically your environment become positive and it will reduce your stress thereby reducing your negative thoughts. Avoid presence of negative people around you.

Breathing Exercises – This is also a very effective technique. When you do breathing exercises regularly,it increases oxygen level in your blood and your brain gets more oxygen to throw out all toxics or negativity from your body. With each exhalation your negative thoughts come out and you feel better and relaxed.

Add value and positivity in someone else’s life – What you send out, you tend to get it back from the world like a boomerang. The way you treat others and how you think of them also tend to have a big effect on how you treat and think about yourself. So give value and spread positivity.

These are few techniques which I feel are very effective to bring positivity in our life. I started practicing these techniques and started feeling the difference in my thoughts and in my life as well. I have started finding good in everything. Start using these simple but proven techniques in your daily life and bring positivity in you and the world around. Stay positive and be happy forever…..
